Establish goals and parameters of a Community of Practice in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

• Explore topics of interest, skill building practice and reflective practice discussions using Demand-Control Schema and establish other working guidelines for our group.
• Establish a meeting timeline, topics and assign facilitators.
• Discuss our values and goals for our community and as individuals. 
• Share experiences that have helped us in the past and ways we can apply this to future work.
