Demand Control Schema, a Collaborative Reflection on our Interpreting Practice and Decisions   


This presentation will cover what demands and controls are and how they present themselves in daily interpreting work.

  • Learn the basic parameters of Demand Control Schema (DC-S)
  • Learn to identify Environmental, Interpersonal, Para-linguistic and Interpersonal demands.
  • Learn how to process a spectrum of controls to employ.
  • Practice a case using DC-S
  • 0.2 CEUs
