Certified - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Individuals holding current RID certification as awarded through the National Testing System.

*Note: A change in dues for this category was voted on by the members during the online voting process following the 2021 Annual Membership Meeting (AMM).

Associate - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Individuals engaged in interpreting or transliterating but not holding RID certification.

Benefits: Voting rights; discounted event registration; access to membership directory; member's forum

Student - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments For students enrolled in an interpreter preparation program with proof of full-time status (teacher's signature or registration verification is required before your account will be activated).

Benefits: Discounted event registration, access to membership directory; member's forum

Retired - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments A Certified member who upon reaching the age of 55 or older elects to retire from working as an interpreter.

Benefits: Access to membership directory; members' forum.

Does not include eligibility to vote or reduced event registration fees.

Supporting - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Individuals who support WSRID but are not engaged in interpreting.

Organizational - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Organizations and agencies that support WSRID.

Other Affiliate Chapter - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Members of other RID state chapters (such as ORID) or AVLIC. Membership with other Affiliate Chapter will be confirmed annually.
