Accommodations

ReConnect will be held in visual American Sign Language throughout the weekend. Hotel, venue, and local transportation information is provided on the WSRID conference page. To plan for your visit, please utilize these resources to determine if you require any additional accommodations in order to attend and submit requests prior September 17, 2025 to ensure that services can be provided.

DeafBlind attendees wishing to request Communication Navigator services for ReConnect should reach out to the Deaf Blind Service Center for support in coordinating these services.

All other access requests–including interpreting: Pro-Tactile, Close Vision, Tactile ASL–can be requested by email.
